These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and y777 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the y777 website, mobile application and all associated services including sports betting, Live Casino, Slots and the VIP programme.

By completing the registration process, logging into your account or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all players regardless of the device or access method used.

y777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of address or verification of payment method ownership. Until verification is complete, withdrawals may be held and certain features may be restricted.

Each player is permitted a maximum of one registered account. Where duplicate accounts are identified, y777 may merge the accounts, close the secondary account and withhold any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts. Players must not register on behalf of another person.

y777 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your y777 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication methods. y777 recommends using a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.

You must not share your login details with any other person. All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact y777 support immediately.

y777 will never ask you for your full password via email, chat or any other channel. If you receive a communication requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and do not respond.

Your account is for personal use only. You may not transfer, sell or assign your account to any other individual or entity.

All deposits and withdrawals on y777 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods:

Withdrawals are made to the same payment method used to fund the account where technically possible. Where this is not possible, alternative verified withdrawal methods may be requested.

y777 may request verification of identity, address or payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal being held until documentation is received.

Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once funds are credited to your account. If you believe a deposit error has occurred, contact support as soon as possible.

y777 offers bonuses and promotional credits to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are communicated at the time the offer is made. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be completed before the bonus balance or any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money balances. Real-money funds are used first unless your account settings or the bonus terms specify otherwise.
• Bonuses have an expiry period . If the wagering requirement is not met before the expiry date, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Bonuses are limited to one per player, household, IP address and device unless the offer terms explicitly allow otherwise.
• y777 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time. Bonuses already credited to active accounts will be honoured subject to their existing terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the game types or betting categories specified in the offer. Wagering on excluded games or markets will not count towards the wagering requirement.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through irregular betting patterns, low-risk hedging strategies or collusion with other players will result in the bonus being voided and may lead to account suspension.

VIP programme rewards, cashback and tier-based benefits are governed by the VIP programme terms published on the VIP page. Those terms are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

y777 offers sports betting on a wide range of events including cricket — Pakistan internationals, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 World Cup and ICC tournaments — football, tennis, basketball, Esports and more. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on y777:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds may change before confirmation; if the odds change materially between your selection and confirmation, you will be notified and may choose to accept the new odds or cancel.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless the cash-out feature is available for that market and you choose to use it.
• All bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event as determined by the governing body. y777's decision on settlement is final.
• In the event that a match or event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport and market. For cricket, if a match is abandoned due to weather, DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) method results are used where applicable.
• y777 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where the integrity of the event is in question or where the odds were clearly incorrect at the time of placement.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Accumulator and combination bets are permitted subject to the rules of each individual market within the combination. If one leg of an accumulator is voided, it is treated as a non-runner and the bet is recalculated on the remaining legs.
• Live in-play betting is offered on selected events. Bets placed in-play are subject to slight delays to prevent exploitation of live data advantages.

y777 monitors betting patterns across all accounts. Unusual or suspicious betting activity — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, match exploitation or use of automated tools — may result in bet voidance, stake limitations or account restrictions.

y777's Live Casino offers real-dealer table games including baccarat, roulette and blackjack streamed live around the clock. The Slots section offers a library of video slots from third-party game providers. The following rules apply to casino and slots activity:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) for slots, and by real dealing for Live Casino. y777 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Game-specific rules — including return-to-player (RTP) percentages and in-game mechanics — are available within each game. You are encouraged to review these before playing.
• In the event of a technical failure during a Live Casino game — such as a disconnection, video stream interruption or software error — bets affected by the error will be settled according to the platform's error resolution policy. Bets that cannot be confirmed as placed before the failure may be voided and stakes returned.
• Slots and casino games must be played individually from your own account. Using automated scripts, bots or third-party software to influence game outcomes or place bets is prohibited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on y777 and may result in account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Colluding with other players, dealers or third parties to influence outcomes.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any other point.
• Attempting to launder money or use y777 for any unlawful financial purpose.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing y777 staff or other players in any communication channel.

y777 co-operates with relevant authorities and third-party integrity monitoring services. Where suspicious activity is detected, relevant information may be shared with appropriate parties in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

y777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Common grounds for suspension or closure include — but are not limited to — breach of these Terms, failure to complete identity verification, suspected fraudulent activity, irregular betting patterns or a request from the account holder.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will be notified by email where possible. During a suspension, access to the platform and the ability to withdraw funds may be restricted until the investigation is resolved.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of bonus funds, voided bets and any amounts owed to y777 will be returned to you via your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances and associated winnings are not returned in cases of breach.

You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting y777 support. Self-requested closures are processed promptly. Any outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. For accounts closed via self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme, additional conditions apply — see Section 11.
